[CH-FIAA-TN] Ordinance on the Freezing of Assets in Connection with Tunisia (SR 196.127.58) JSONFroze the Swiss-held assets of former Tunisian president Zine El Abidine Ben Ali and members of his family and entourage under the Foreign Illicit Assets Act, in support of Tunisian criminal proceedings and mutual legal assistance. The freeze, first imposed in January 2011, expired on 18 January 2021 when it reached the statutory maximum duration of ten years.
