Function: Acting Minister of Education and Science of the so-called “Donetsk People’s Republic”

Olga Koludarova is the Minister of Education and Science of the so-called “Donetsk People’s Republic”. She is one of the persons involved in the deportation of children from Ukraine to re-educate them in the Russian Federation. In her re-education programmes, she cooperates with Ramsan Kadyrov and the “Movement of the First”, a state-led youth organisation in the Russian Federation, which was created in December 2022 at the initiative of President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin to provide educational activities, including of a militarised nature, for children between the ages of 6 to 18, based on “traditional Russian spiritual and moral goals”. Furthermore, Olga Koludarova aims to synchronise the legislation of the so-called “Donetsk People’s Republic” and the Russian Federation in the educational sphere. Therefore, Olga Koludarova is supporting and implementing actions and policies that undermine the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine.

Olga Koludarova est ministre de l'éducation et des sciences de la soi-disant “République populaire de Donetsk”. Elle fait partie des personnes impliquées dans la déportation d'enfants d'Ukraine en vue de les rééduquer en Fédération de Russie. Dans le cadre de ses programmes de rééducation, elle coopère avec Ramzan Kadyrov et avec le “Mouvement des Premiers”, une organisation de jeunesse étatique de la Fédération de Russie, qui a été créée en décembre 2022 à l'initiative du président de la Fédération de Russie Vladimir Poutine pour proposer des activités éducatives, notamment de nature militarisée, aux enfants âgés de 6 à 18 ans, fondées sur “des objectifs spirituels et moraux traditionnels russes”. En outre, Olga Koludarova œuvre à la synchronisation de la législation de la soi-disant “République populaire de Donetsk” et de la Fédération de Russie dans le domaine de l'éducation. Par conséquent, Olga Koludarova soutient et met en œuvre des actions et des politiques qui compromettent l'intégrité territoriale et la souveraineté de l'Ukraine.
