Serafim Ivanov is the press secretary in the organisation “Volunteer Squad”, which is involved in patriotic education of the youth. He is also Head of the regional headquarters of Yunarmiya VVPOD in the Kherson region. He took an active part in the militarisation of Ukrainian children in the occupied Kherson region. He also spread pro-Russian sentiments and anti-Ukrainian narratives through Yunarmiya and encouraged children to join the organisation, highlighting the military training as one of the advantages. Therefore, Serafim Ivanov is supporting and implementing actions and policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. Furthermore, he is associated with Yunarmiya, a Russian paramilitary organisation.

Serafim Ivanov est le secrétaire de presse de l’organisation “Volunteer Squad”, qui participe à l’éducation patriotique des jeunes. Il dirige également le quartier général régional de VVPOD Yunarmiya dans la région de Kherson. Il a participé activement à la militarisation des enfants ukrainiens dans la région occupée de Kherson. Il a également propagé les sentiments pro-russes et des discours anti-ukrainiens par l’intermédiaire de Yunarmiya et a encouragé les enfants à rejoindre l’organisation, en soulignant que la formation militaire était l’un des avantages. Par conséquent, Serafim Ivanov soutient et met en œuvre des actions et des politiques qui compromettent et menacent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine. En outre, il est associé à Yunarmiya, une organisation paramilitaire russe.
