Chief of Staff of the Sevastopol branch the All-Russia “Young Army” Military Patriotic Social Movement

Vladimir Kovalenko is the Chief of Staff of the Regional Branch of the All-Russian “Young Army” Military Patriotic Social Movement (Yunarmiya) in the illegally annexed city of Sevastopol. He was involved in organizing Russian military and patriotic camps for children from the illegally annexed Crimean Peninsula, and children who were illegally deportated to the Crimean Peninsula from other parts of Ukraine occupied by Russia. His actions infringe Ukraine’s law and administrative order, and violate the rights of Ukrainian children. Moreover, the Yunarmiya’s branch under his command took part in an organized campaign during which the schoolchildren in the illegally annexed city of Sevastopol were asked to write letters to the Russian soldiers who took part in Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine. Therefore, Vladimir Kovalenko is responsible for supporting and implementing actions and policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

Vladimir Kovalenko est le chef d’état-major de la section régionale du mouvement social patriotique militaire panrusse de la "Jeune armée" (Yunarmiya) dans la ville de Sébastopol illégalement annexée. Il a participé à l’organisation de camps militaro-patriotiques russes pour des enfants de la péninsule de Crimée illégalement annexée et des enfants illégalement déportés vers la péninsule de Crimée depuis d’autres parties de l’Ukraine occupées par la Russie. Par ses actes, il enfreint la loi et l’ordre administratif ukrainiens et viole les droits des enfants ukrainiens. En outre, la section de la Yunarmiya, placée sous son commandement, a participé à une campagne organisée, au cours de laquelle les écoliers de la ville de Sébastopol illégalement annexée ont été invités à écrire des lettres aux soldats russes qui ont participé à la guerre d’agression menée par la Russie contre l’Ukraine. Par conséquent, Vladimir Kovalenko est responsable de soutenir et de mettre en œuvre des actions et des politiques qui compromettent et menacent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine
