FSE Kazan State-Owned Gunpowder Plant is a Russian chemical plant that produces a variety of pyroxylin powders and charges for almost all types of weapons. The plant manufactures 5.45-14.5 mm caliber cartridges for rifles (Kalashnikov assault rifles), grenade launchers charges, propellant charges for naval cannons (AK-100, AK-130 and AK-726) and land artillery of 76 mm to 152 mm caliber (mortars 2S9 and 2S12, howitzers D-20, D-30, ML-20, 2S1, 2S3 and 2S19). The plant produces 115 mm, 122 mm and, most importantly, 125 mm caliber tank ammunition, which is used in the T-64, T-72, T-80 and T-90 tanks of the Russian Armed Forces. FKP KGKPZ supplies ammunition to the Russian Armed Forces and their weapon systems used in Ukraine. Therefore, FSE Kazan State-Owned Gunpowder Plant is supporting materially actions which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

FSE Kazan State-Owned Gunpowder Plant est une usine chimique russe qui produit une variété de poudres et de charges de pyroxyline pour presque tous les types d'armes. L'usine fabrique des cartouches d'un calibre compris entre 5,45 et 14,5 mm pour fusils (fusils d'assaut Kalashnikov), des charges pour lance-grenades, des charges propulsives pour canons navals (AK-100, AK-130 et AK-726) et de l'artillerie terrestre d'un calibre compris entre 76 et 152 mm (mortiers 2S9 et 2S12, obusiers D-20, D-30, ML-20, 2S1, 2S3 et 2S19). L'usine fabrique des munitions pour chars d'un calibre de 115 mm, de 122 mm et, surtout, de 125 mm, qui sont utilisées dans les chars T- 64, T-72, T-80 et T-90 des forces armées russes. FKP KGKPZ fournit des munitions aux forces armées russes et aux systèmes d'armes qu'elles utilisent en Ukraine. Par conséquent, FSE Kazan State-Owned Gunpowder Plant apporte un soutien matériel à des actions qui compromettent et menacent l'intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l'indépendance de l'Ukraine.
