Sergei Chemezov is one of the known close associates of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, both were KGB officers posted in Dresden and he is a member of the Supreme Council of “United Russia”. He is benefitting from his links with the Russian President by being promoted to senior positions in State-controlled firms. He chairs the Rostec conglomerate, the leading Russian state-controlled defence and industrial manufacturing corporation. Further to a decision of the Russian government, Technopromexport, a subsidiary of Rostec, is planning to build energy plants in Crimea thereby supporting its integration into the Russian Federation. Furthermore, Rosoboronexport, a subsidiary of Rostec, has supported the integration of Crimean defence companies into Russia’s defence industry, thereby consolidating the illegal annexation of Crimea into the Russian Federation. Therefore, Sergei Chemezov is a leading businessperson operating in Russia. Furthermore, he is responsible for supporting, materially and financially, and benefitting from Russian decision-makers responsible for the annexation of Crimea or the destabilisation of Ukraine. Finally, he is also responsible for supporting materially and benefitting from the Government of the Russian Federation, which is responsible for the annexation of Crimea and the destabilisation of Ukraine.

Sergei Chemezov est une des personnes connues pour être étroitement associées au président de la Fédération de Russie Vladimir Poutine, tous deux ayant été officiers du KGB en poste à Dresde, et il est membre du Conseil suprême de “Russie unie”. Grâce à ses liens avec le président russe, il a été promu à des postes élevés dans des entreprises contrôlées par l’État. Il préside le consortium Rostec, qui est la principale corporation russe contrôlée par l’État en charge de l’industrie manufacturière et de la défense. À la suite d’une décision du gouvernement russe, une filiale de Rostec, Technopromexport, prévoit de construire des usines énergétiques en Crimée et soutient de ce fait son intégration dans la Fédération de Russie. En outre, une filiale de Rostec, Rosoboronexport, a soutenu l’intégration de sociétés criméennes du secteur de la défense dans l’industrie de la défense russe, consolidant ainsi l’annexion illégale de la Crimée dans la Fédération de Russie. Sergei Chemezov est donc un homme d’affaires influent exerçant des activités en Russie. En outre, il est responsable de soutenir, matériellement et financièrement, les décideurs russes responsables de l’annexion de la Crimée ou de la déstabilisation de l’Ukraine, et tire avantage de ces décideurs. Enfin, il est également responsable de soutenir matériellement le gouvernement de la Fédération de Russie, qui est responsable de l’annexion de la Crimée et de la déstabilisation de l’Ukraine, et il tire avantage de ce gouvernement.
