[EU-VEN] EU Restrictive measures in view of the situation in Venezuela JSON

Targets those responsible for serious human rights violations, the repression of civil society and the democratic opposition, and actions undermining democracy or the rule of law in Venezuela, under the EU-autonomous framework of Decision (CFSP) 2017/2074 and Regulation (EU) 2017/2063. Designated persons are subject to an asset freeze and a prohibition on making funds or economic resources available to them, and designated natural persons are barred from entering or transiting EU territory. These designation-level measures combine with a country-wide embargo on arms and related materiel and with bans on exporting equipment which might be used for internal repression and equipment, technology or software for monitoring or intercepting internet and telephone communications.
