[GB-CAR] UK sanctions relating to the Central African Republic JSON

Gives effect in the United Kingdom to the UN Security Council's Central African Republic sanctions regime established by Resolution 2127, targeting people and entities engaged in or supporting acts that undermine the peace, stability or security of the CAR. Designated persons are subject to an asset freeze, and designated individuals are banned from entering or transiting the UK. The supply of military goods and technology, and related services, to armed groups operating in the CAR and associated individuals is prohibited.
