Gives effect to UN Security Council obligations concerning Iraq, targeting senior officials of the former Saddam Hussein regime and bodies of the former Iraqi government whose funds are to be transferred to Iraq's development fund. Designated persons, the former Government of Iraq and its state bodies are subject to an asset freeze. Country-wide measures prohibit the export of military goods and technology to Iraq and ban trade in illegally removed Iraqi cultural property.
