[GB-SOM] UK sanctions relating to Somalia JSON

Gives effect in the United Kingdom to the UN Security Council's Somalia sanctions regime established by Resolution 751, which centres on Al-Shabaab and other terrorist or armed groups operating in Somalia. Designated persons are subject to an asset freeze and a targeted arms embargo, and designated individuals are banned from entering or transiting the UK. The regime also prohibits the export to Somalia of military goods and of components used in improvised explosive devices, and bans the import, purchase and transport of Somali charcoal.
