Gives effect to the United Nations sanctions regime on Haiti established by UN Security Council Resolution 2653, targeting people and entities engaged in or supporting criminal activities and violence involving armed groups and criminal networks that threaten the peace, security or stability of Haiti. Designated persons are subject to an asset freeze, and designated individuals are barred from entering or transiting the United Kingdom. The regime also imposes a country-wide embargo on arms and other military goods destined for Haiti.
