[EU-BDI] EU Restrictive measures in view of the situation in Burundi JSON

An EU-autonomous framework established in October 2015 in response to the political crisis in Burundi. It targets persons undermining democracy, obstructing the search for a political solution, or involved in serious violations of international human rights law in Burundi, under Council Decision (CFSP) 2015/1763 and Regulation (EU) 2015/1755. Designation entails an asset freeze and a ban on entry into or transit through the EU, and claims by designated persons in connection with the measures may not be satisfied. The framework remains in force until 31 October 2026, but the last remaining listing was removed in September 2025 and no persons or entities are currently designated.
