[EU-MMR] EU Restrictive measures in view of the situation in Myanmar/Burma JSON

Targets those responsible for the February 2021 military coup in Myanmar and for serious human rights violations, including senior officers of the Myanmar Armed Forces (Tatmadaw), military-controlled companies, and persons and entities supplying revenue, arms or aviation fuel to the military regime. The regime is EU-autonomous; designations under Council Decision 2013/184/CFSP and Regulation (EU) No 401/2013 result in an asset freeze and, for individuals, a ban on entry into or transit through the EU. The designation-level measures combine with a country-wide arms embargo, export bans on dual-use goods destined for the military or border guard police, on equipment which might be used for internal repression and on communications-interception equipment, and a prohibition on military training of and military cooperation with the Tatmadaw.
