[EU-LEBANON] EU Restrictive measures in view of the situation in Lebanon JSON

Provides a framework for targeted sanctions against persons and entities responsible for undermining democracy or the rule of law in Lebanon, including by persistently hampering the formation of a government, obstructing elections or an agreed political solution, or through serious financial misconduct concerning public funds. The framework was established in 2021 by Decision (CFSP) 2021/1277 and Regulation (EU) 2021/1275 and has been renewed annually since, most recently until 31 July 2027. Designation would result in an asset freeze and, for natural persons, a ban on entry into or transit through the EU; no persons or entities have been designated under the framework to date.
