[EU-NIC] EU Restrictive measures in view of the situation in Nicaragua JSON

Targets persons and entities responsible for serious human rights violations or abuses, for the repression of civil society and democratic opposition, and for undermining democracy or the rule of law in Nicaragua, under the EU-autonomous framework of Decision (CFSP) 2019/1720 and Regulation (EU) 2019/1716. Designated persons and entities are subject to an asset freeze and a prohibition on making funds or economic resources available to them, and designated natural persons are barred from entering or transiting EU territory. The regime imposes no country-wide trade or sectoral restrictions.
