[EU-SDNZ] EU Restrictive measures in view of activities undermining the stability and the political transition of Sudan JSON

An EU-autonomous framework adopted in October 2023 in response to the armed conflict between the Sudanese Armed Forces and the Rapid Support Forces. It targets persons and entities responsible for activities undermining the stability and the political transition of Sudan, including obstruction of the peace process and serious human rights violations, under Council Decision (CFSP) 2023/2135 and Regulation (EU) 2023/2147. Designated persons and entities are subject to an asset freeze, and natural persons to a ban on entry into or transit through the EU. The regime operates alongside the older EU framework on Sudan that implements the UN Darfur measures.
