EU Restrictive measures against the leadership of the Transnistrian region of the Republic of Moldova

Enables travel restrictions against the leadership of Moldova's breakaway Transnistrian region, established in response to the campaign against Latin-script schools teaching the Moldovan curriculum in Transnistria. The regime is a CFSP decision only — no EU regulation was adopted, and there is no asset freeze. The measures are renewed annually and the list of designated persons is currently empty.
