[EU-HR] EU Restrictive measures against serious human rights violations and abuses JSON

Targets individuals, entities and bodies, including state and non-state actors, responsible for, involved in, or associated with serious human rights violations and abuses worldwide, such as genocide, crimes against humanity, torture, extrajudicial killings, enforced disappearances, and systematic abuses of the freedoms of peaceful assembly, expression, or religion. Under Council Decision (CFSP) 2020/1999 and Regulation (EU) 2020/1998, designated persons and entities are subject to an asset freeze and a prohibition on making funds or economic resources available to them, and designated individuals are banned from entering or transiting the EU. The regime is thematic and applies worldwide; it imposes no country- or sector-wide restrictions.
