[EU-CHEM] EU Restrictive measures against the proliferation and use of chemical weapons JSON

Targets persons and entities who are responsible for, provide financial, technical or material support for, or are otherwise involved in the development or use of chemical weapons, regardless of their nationality or location. Under Council Decision (CFSP) 2018/1544 and Regulation (EU) 2018/1542, designated persons and entities are subject to an asset freeze and a prohibition on making funds or economic resources available to them, and designated individuals are banned from entering or transiting the EU. The regime is thematic and applies worldwide; it imposes no country- or sector-wide restrictions.
